Meadowbrook College staff have many years of experience working in different settings such as: Alternative Provision; Special Schools; Primary and Secondary Mainstream schools and academies; Local Authority Behaviour Support Services; Educational Psychology; Children's Social Care; Health and Mental Health settings.  We also have staff from professional football, the Armed Forces, Prison Service, Dance, Media, ICT, Business.  

We have a vast range of skills and expertise in our staff and love to share it with others.  We know how lucky we are to work in such a unique setting and naturally develop a variety of strategies we can use when working with our young people which can be shared with other colleagues in order to improve outcomes.
